For radial bearings subjected to combined loads, as the number of rolling elements under load increases, friction resistance increases, heat generation increases, lubrication and cooling conditions deteriorate, and the force acting on the cage also increases. Therefore, the maximum speed of deep groove ball bearings must be adjusted by multiplying it by a reduction factor f2 based on the type of bearing and the size of the load angle.
If the maximum speed and speed of the selected bearing cannot meet the requirements for use, certain improvement measures can be taken to increase it to achieve satisfactory requirements. If the bearing tolerance level is increased; Increase the clearance appropriately; Using special materials and improving the structure of the cage; Change lubrication methods, such as using oil and gas, oil mist, and spray lubrication; Improve cooling conditions, etc.
1、 Testing methods for bearing lubrication maintenance
During operation, the lubricating oil circuit should be kept unobstructed, and the sealing condition of the seals should be regularly checked and damaged seals should be replaced in a timely manner. It is also necessary to monitor the operation status, which can be measured from noise. Monitoring in three aspects: lubricant, temperature, etc. Because there should be a smooth buzzing sound during normal operation, any abnormalities should be dealt with promptly. Normal lubricants are clear and clean. If the lubricant has become dirty, there will be worn particles or pollutants. When the temperature rises, abnormal operation will occur.

1. The importance of lubrication
Highly value bearing lubrication technology. Lubrication can use an oil film to separate the rolling surfaces in relative motion from each other, preventing excessive wear and failure due to rough point contact. It can also ensure stable performance and rotational accuracy during a predetermined service life.
2. Classification of lubrication
It is divided into grease lubrication and oil lubrication. The advantage of grease lubrication is that the lubrication facilities are simple, the lubricating grease is not easy to leak, and it has a certain ability to prevent water, gas, and other impurities from entering. Therefore, grease lubrication is generally widely used. Use oil lubrication in heavy load, high-speed, high temperature and other working conditions.
3. Usage of lubricating grease
The filling amount should be appropriate. Based on one-third and half of the space between the filled bearing and deep groove ball bearing housing, if too much grease is added, due to stirring and sweeping heat, it will cause the grease to deteriorate or deteriorate. At high speeds, only one-third or less should be filled. When the speed is very low, to prevent external anomalies from entering the bearing, the housing space can be filled.
The environmental requirements for its storage and preservation are relatively strict, such as temperature, humidity, etc. To ensure that rust proof oil is applied before leaving the factory, the room temperature should be controlled at 0-25 ℃ and the relative humidity should be maintained at 45% -60%.
